Please bring your own laptop to the venue. For your presentation, you will connect your laptop to the projection equipment using an HDMI cable provided at the venue. If your laptop does not have an HDMI port, a USB-C-to-HDMI cable will also be available, so laptops equipped only with USB-C ports can also be used.
The presentation time is 25 minutes in total for Long presentations (20 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A and buffer time), and 15 minutes in total for Short presentations (12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A and buffer time). Please strictly adhere to the allotted time.
